Kassi Zeinert, M.Ed., LPC

Kassi’s priority is to cultivate a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for her clients that supports growth to assist clients in unlocking their most authentic self. She is committed to working with a diverse client base and has experience working with individuals of all ages. Kassi is particularly passionate about working with older adolescents through middle aged individuals.
Her clinical and empathetic process helps clients understand how past experiences can impact our thought patterns, emotions and present responses. Kassi places importance on meeting clients where they are and also taking their lived experience and perspectives into account while forming a collaborative relationship and realistic treatment goals. Kassi strives to help her clients break free of negative cycles and create strategies for coping so they can heal, grow, and thrive.
Kassi utilizes an eclectic approach to most effectively meet the client where they are in their journey. Some approaches include client-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, humanistic, attachment, mindfulness, and solution- focused therapy. Kassi has assisted clients in relieving symptoms related to concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and anger management.
Kassi is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has obtained her Master of Education in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling at Cleveland State University.
