How long does a counseling session last?

Counseling sessions typically last between 45-60 minutes. This will be discussed with your therapist during your initial appointment. The initial appointment for counseling will last 50-60 minutes.

How much does counseling cost?
That depends on your specific insurance benefit plan. Please contact your insurance to determine coverage.

If you do not see your insurance listed we do offer self-pay services and we can provide a superbill for you to give to your insurance toward your out of network benefits.

The choice is yours! Based upon each counselor's availability, we will do our best to schedule you with the counselor that best fits the identified needs. we are happy to answer any questions about our counseling style, approach and areas of expertise.
