COVID-19 Information

Pathways Family Counseling is reopening to resume in person sessions starting the week of June 15th. Please note that keeping our clients, as well as our clinicians safe is a top priority for us. Each clinician at Pathways Family Counseling will make their own decision about returning to in person sessions. During this time we will also continue to offer telehealth services to best fit the needs of our clients. If you are a current client, please speak with your clinician regarding the current services that they are offering. If you are a new client, please contact the office and you will be scheduled with a clinician that best fits your needs and preferences for in person or telehealth sessions. We understand this has been a difficult and challenging time for many, we are here to help.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time.

Office Safety Precautions in Effect During the Pandemic

We're Taking the Following Precautions to Protect our Clients and Staff:

  •  Staff maintains safe distancing.

  •  Restroom soap dispensers are maintained and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands.

  •  Hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol is available in the therapy rooms, the waiting room and additional accessible points throughout the office.

  •  We schedule appointments at specific intervals to minimize the number of people in the waiting room.

  •  We ask all patients to wait in their cars or outside until no earlier than 5 minutes before their appointment times.

  •  Common areas, surfaces, pens and other various items that are frequently touched are thoroughly sanitized after each use.

  •  Physical contact is not permitted.

  •  Tissues and trash bins are easily accessed. Trash is disposed of on a frequent basis.

  •  Common areas are thoroughly disinfected at the end of each day.
